Returns

We do not accept returns given the nature that these are handmade books/journals that are written or drawn in. We also  do not accept returns on Cartonnage boxes. If you have a box that needs a repair on a clasp or hinge, let me know. If you have a specific question please email me at Alice.Frati@itarfdesigns.com.

Shipping

We offer shipping through USPS flat rate boxes. It is priority mail and should take anywhere between 3-5 days to arrive. It takes 1-2 business days to leave Itarf Designs. you will receive a tracking number and your package will be insured.
